so i got a hold of this song called A.I.R. last night. its a 5 minute neo classical type guitar duo wit, if im not mistaken, it features Marty Friedman who later went on to play lead in Megadeth. its insane and i want everyone to download it (as im sure everyone has the CD, or this would be illegal!!)
by the way its either under the band name "Cacophony" or just "Jason Becker." |

| Marty Friedman and Jason Becker were in a band called Cacophony and they put out at least 2 records on Mike Vraney's guitar-music based label. This was before Friedman went to Megadeth. Pretty good stuff I got both albums back in the day... |

yup. i heard the full album "Go Off" a while ago, but i cant remember if the song "AIR" is under Cacophony or Jason Becker solo.
anyway, i strongly encourage everyone to get this song. its worth the listen no matter what style youre into. |

I had a listen earlier on, not a fan to be honest, but each to his own. Can I make any suggestions on this thread Stratosphere? I dont want to hijack it or anything. |

Thanks, well I reckon a lot of the metal and alternative fans alike would love Slint's first album: Tweez, particularly the tracks 'Rhoda' and 'Charlotte' but since I'm sure you all own these tracks, give them a download and see what you think |

| Yeah, JB wasn't always my favorite either. BUT I really REALLY admire him. He wrote & produced a couple of albums completely paralyzed with ALS! Talk about someone to look up to. |
