Take you pedal to a computerrepairshop anywhere in the UK, and ask for a secondhand 18 volts adaptor, ask them to modify the plug.
I just did this, as I own the same pedal as you have shown here.
The adaptor will not make the pedal noisy, it just makes it more powerful.
If you cannot find computerrepairshops then try television-or radio repairshops, there are still plenty about, and the staff working in those shops seem to love little projects like this.
The costs? About �10/�15.
So it is either that or any of those readymade adaptors you already have found on the net. |
