I think that $150 and even $100 is too much for a DF-2 today. I guess it also depends a little on if it is the "Super Distortion and Feedbacker", since that type is quite rare. Otherwise I would not pay these amounts for a DF-2. |

| based on the high bid of recent eBay completed auctions, I'd say $60-$75 is more reasonable for a DF-2. if the box/manual is included, that might bump up the price, and the "super distortion and feedbacker" label might also command a slight premium, but $100 is still overpriced IMHO. |

Well the PS-5 has more features, but I think that the HR-2 can do the harmonies a little better. I do have a question that I hope someone can answer. Where in hell do I stick this in my chain of effects? and Can I use a boss pedal with stereo outs to split the signal to both the input and the detector in? Or would i need a dedicated spliter for that? Thanx in advance guys. |

Found a couple of "new old stock" pedals lying around in a musicstore and couldnt contain myself... The pedals I found was a brand new PQ-4 and DC-3. Both came in their boxes with manuals. I already have a DC-3 but this one was brand new, so I just had to buy it.
Decided to let go of my XT-2 in the trade, since I never found much use for that pedal... |

Cool find! It's hard enough to find any NOS pedals but finding such gems as the PQ-4 and DC-3 is even rarer. |

Its incredible that a pedal such as the DC-3 which was discontinued in 1993 would still be on the shelf in a store. Since it is such a great pedal its even more amazing...
I was in the market of trying to find a PQ-4, so that was a nice bonus.

Very nice one eyed wonder. 1981? Any difference in components in the old MIJ and the new MIT?
Now you can pick up a new MIT cheap and tell us what you think!
You guys have got me looking at SD-1's now. I was looking at the schematics for the OD-1 (1st & 2nd editions) and the SD-1 and the SD-1 is surprisingly similar. I think I'll skip the OD-1 and play with the SD-1 instead.
Grace and peace,
Steve

Already got a MIT SD-1 and I'm really looking forward to test and compare them. Everything I've heard so far indicates that the old and new version are almost identical but it wil be nice to get this confirmed for myself. |

I just picked up a DF-2 for $57. it's the second version MIJ (Super Feedbacker/Distortion), it's a little beat up, but it works nicely. I think it's becoming my favorite distortion. |
