For me...
All things relating to military aviation and recent military history. I was brought up in an area surrounded by Royal Air Force bases and encouraged to join the RAF or the Royal Navy by my old man who was an ex-Royal Marine commando and tough to argue with but I resisted both in the end and went away to University instead. But I guess the military curiousity thing is in my blood. Involves mainly collecting books (the library is around the 800 books mark - so when I do hobbies...I do them proper!) 
I've also dabbled in aviation photography (pre-digital) and flight simming.
Also - I used to play soccer regularly and I'm now crocked - so my career in footy is over and I'm addicted to the gym, weights and running. Keeps me looking good on stage though - I wish - I need a few years back for that! 
I hate anything to do with DIY, building, gardening, construction, making stuff...because I'm rubbish at it. It took me 4 hours to hang a simple guitar hook on the wall in my studio - it's the truth - don't ask!
