Has anybody used one? If so, Does it really work? I don't wanna spend 70 on something that is not really gonna work.

I haven't used one but it should tame 60Hz hum. A Monster or Furman power conditioner would be much, much better though.

A DI box with a ground-lift switch from Radial Engineering can eliminate shared-ground induced hum.

& of course a noise gate can handle signal noise through buffered pedals, distortions, preamps, compressors, etc.

thanks for the idea i wanted to but some rackmount gear, you recommend anything

ART (formerly MXR, but all the stuff is made in China anyway..) has a couple lines of rack conditioners..

look at artproaudio.com, see if they're good for you.
