Thanks ChristoMephist
I should be able to put it back together with those two images you provided.

I got the phaser pedal working! I rewired it using ChristoMephisto`s images. I referenced an Ibanez PT-909 schematic to get the pot values. This circuit in this schematic has some similarities to the Boss ciruit so I figured the pot values from the Ibanez circuit would work. All I need now are some replacement knobs, spring, and a power jack from a suitable donor. I just can`t believe that someone butchered this for parts when there was nothing wrong with the circuit board. From what I can tell the previous owner gave up on it simply because the power jack was all busted up. After that it got scavenged for all of the hardware and pots

Their loss, my gain!

Thanks ChristoMephisto for the images. You helped resurrect a fine pedal.

FYI

It turns out I was almost correct with the pot values from the PT-909 circuit. I had the same pots for the Depth and Res, but the 909 called for a 500k vice 1M for the speed control .

For those that would like to gain some insight into the circuitry of the PH1-r checkout the Ibanez PT-909 schematic. I only had a quick look but their seems to be a bunch of similarities. Kind of like the original OD-1, and TS-808.

I have wanted to get a PT909 for some time. It looks like a great little guy. Is it worth it? Opinons?

Thanks the info Christo,

I have recognised a failure in this schematic -> the gate of the switching 2SK30Y FET is driven by the emitter of bistable stage right hand side transistor. The correct driving is from the collector of this transistor. Just info.

cheers

Thats over my head...
There is something in the notes about the JFET cutting distortion found in other phasers. Does this match your PH-1r?

I do not have PH-1r, only PH-1, PH-2 and PH-3.

But it is sure that the switching FET is driving from collector and not from the emitter.

Just to compare here is the original schematic drawing of PH-1:
