You can find this at http://www.freeinfosociety.com... look under (I think I have the links in the correct order) Technology, Electronics, Audio, Schematic Archive.

And now, after reading a few more posts here, I've just come to the realization that I'm probably going to get whacked by the admin for posting a link to copyrighted information. I apologize in advance; feel free to delete all of these posts...

| I've already said that that policy doesn't make sense, don't worry about it. |

Okay...
There are actually quite a few Boss schematics at that site (including the DM-2). But I looked around a some of the other posts here, and apparently the DD-2 one can be found in a few different places.
It was coincidental, as I had looked it up having won a non-working DD-2 on eBay last night somewhat cheaply. According to the seller, it just has a missing LED and some internal wiring disconnected, but I guess I'll find out the truth once I get it. Just felt like rolling the dice; you never know.
The one bit of service information that does appear to be difficult to find is that for the original MIJ DS-1. Luckily, I own that one, and also the service manual for the BF-2; got them from Roland many moons ago.
Other Boss pedals I own: DC-3, CE-2, DS-1, PH-2 (all these MIJ), CS-3 (this one MIT). I may end up selling the PH-2 and CS-3, as I have a Maestro phaser that I like much more, and I don't have much use for a compressor these days (and am still not quite sure what possessed me to buy it in the first place; that was more than ten years ago, and I can't remember now).

You're not going to get whacked for posting that link.
The reason I asked someone else to remove a link earlier was because the site owner asked that the link be kept private as he didn't want the site removed.

But you're not in charge so you don't make the policies. I do.
You're point is however taken. I will need to word the policy a bit different. Linking to documents are ok, linking to copyrighted movies or songs is not.

Hello All, and thanks for the help.
A fellow on eBay was selling a bunch of Boss Service Notes from him for $10.00.
So, now I learned I need an oscilloscope. Silly me, I thought I could debug the thing with a multimeter.
