Hi Bossarea members, I have been reading your wonderful forums for a while now, very pro & friendly site; So I decided to join this evening.

I found this link, to what has to be the oldest Boss pedal ever seen on ebay, thought you would all get a laugh out of it, I know I did.

Welcome to the forum...

BF-2 from 1883? I guess they didn't have the rubber footpad on the top of the pedal back then. In fact, I think that is griptape from a skateboard, and you can see where someone with a crayon wrote "Boss" on it. So the claim that the pedal is in original condition is rather misleading and a bit of a lie. Entertaining listing though as this pedal was also supposed to have been owned by someone sort of famous as well.

And Billy The Kid got it from Tonto, who stole it for the Lone Ranger.

But in all fairness to the seller, he didn't mention that it was
a Steam Powered Boss pedal.

Now there ain't too many of those around?
