Well heres the band i formed a few years ago. I wrote all these particular songs over about the last 3 years. I really love melodic stuff, so I try to incorporate that a little, while trying to keep it semi-heavy at the same time. I recorded these with my bass player and drummer last november with a different vocalist. We got a new one so we redid the vocals last week. I was bummed out because when I recorded these songs my pedalboard wouldnt work! The electicity was jacked up so my pedalboard just hummed like crazy. So I didnt get to use any of pedals. The effects I used were all done in pro tools. Just chorus, delay and phaser. My amp was also broken at the time (stay away from b-52) so I used the producers mesa express 550. I picked up an F100 shortly after. Great amp. On the top picture, Im the one in ZOMBIE shirt in the back. There is a couple things I have to go back for on monday that got messed up in the mix, but these are basically the final versions.
Anyway, here it is. A Familiar Encounter.
