Which pedal made by Boss are the one you use the most or every time you are playing, the one you couldnt survive without and there is no alternative for?
Many Boss pedals have alternatives, like Ibanez TS for SD-1 etc.
In my case it is EH-2, the alternative is the Sonic Maximizer but I dont know if thats a pedal or not.
Eh-2 I use every time, even if thats the only pedal I use. It makes the guitar sound a lot clearer and more defined. I think the prices for this one is going to rise in the future.

The CS-2 compressor.

But since you ask for a pedal without an alternative (and the CS-2 has one or two competitors almost as good as it is) I go for the FV-300L volume pedal. I havent foud yet another (passive)volume pedal that does the job better than this one. I use it in the middle of my effects chain and so it needs to be a low impedance pedal. There is no substitute for the FV-300L

DD-6 Digital Delay

I'm surpising myself with that one. I'm always using a delay pedal but since I started running stereo there's only one pedal that has stereo in as well as stereo out. I like to run the Chorus in stereo too so the only alternative is the DD-6. Maybe I should get myself a second DM-2...

Nice to hear that Bossarea!
Some of us, including myself sometimes, tend to hype the old Boss pedals and put the newer ones down for various reasons.
I have DD-20 and think its the best delay Boss ever made, I have yet to hear DD-6, but its high on my wants-list.

For me, it's the LS-2. I use it to blend effected and clean signals as well as isolate my fx loop for emergencies.

Goran reminds me of the only pedal I have always on my board: the DD-20!
How could I forget that

I just got back into playing within the past year, and prior to that I never had a pedal that I felt I would not be able to survive without, until now...After I got my MT-2 modded by Keeley, that pedal is a "must have" for me now. I thought the stock version was decent, but not vital for my playing, but now I pretty much have to be going through that pedal if I am plugging into an amp.

i gotta say the DD-6, chorus, flange, phase etc are nice touches but the DD-6 is the pedal. great for writing stuff with the sample function, whacked out jimmy hendrix with the hold and every possible delay available at your fingertips in crystal quality. Phew!!!

Toss up between the DD-3 (I love this delay!) and the EH-2, those are the pedals that are always on and always in my rig. Ohyeah and the ISP decimator. Yeah, its one of those!

I have 3 that I must use: my EH-2 is number 1!! Next is my modded GE-7, and finally is my modded DS-1. I can't live without them.
