Hey guys - the newest collector to the bossarea forums here.

I was looking at my pedals today, once again annoyed because my current power rig only allows 8 pedals in at once, and I can't afford all those batteries. I looked at my power supply and reasied is was 1.22A (1220mA), so does this mean I can add a second and maybe even third daisy chain to the rig, to include more pedals? I have an NS-2 and TU-2 in there which both have daisy chain out, so could I just start my power from the TU-2, have the NS-2 about half way with the end of the first daisy chain, then a second daisy chain to power another set? I'd use the loop mode of the NS-2 so it would still be the end of the chain, and the TU-2 at the start.

All my pedals are PSA except my CE-2 and BF-2, but you can daisy chain those on a PSA anyway. Also, my power supply isn't official boss, just a compatible noiseless replacement I got for about 5 off ebay.

Any help great, thanks

Welcome to the forum!

If all your pedals together have less than 1220 mA consumption, it will work! I do it that way, too!

It should work even if it is more then 1220 cause the designers add a cushion to the power supply.

Hi Flenix

I have never seen a power supply rated at 27mA 9VDC.
Do you mean 270mA?
As the SYB-5 needs at least 50mA to run properly.

Thats how I wire up my Behringer board with 12 pedals and it uses a 1.2A adapter, two 8male cables and a LS2/NS2
