 SD-1 - Is there a symmetrical /asymmetrical mod?

Wondering if anyone knows of an easy mod to switch between asymmetrical and symmetrical clipping in the SD-1. I guess I don't need to have it switchable right now as I could mod one one way and compare it to a stock unit before deciding which I like best.

You can bridge D6 for getting a symmetrical clipping. As you can see in the picture I changed the stock silicon D6 with a germanium one for getting a different kind of asymmetrical clipping. But if you want to go for symmetrical D6 has to be bridged or replaced with a jumper.

Thanks! So I just need to install a jumper in place of D6? That is simple.

Hmm, afer I install the jumper for D6 could I also use a germanium diode in place of D5? I wonder what that would sound like?
