All you need is a basic single trace oscilloscope. 10Mhz bandwidth is fine. Almost anything that can display a low-voltage audio frequency signal.

When you have the instrument, I'll walk you through what I'd to if I was setting the operating point on my DC-2.

hi laurie,

sorry, i can't get my hands on an oscilloscope. it has been too much of a trouble getting the dc-2's trimpots re-adjusted. especially so that my wife just gave birth.

guess i'll either sell it or store it somewhere till a later date.
