Is the TLO-72 A BURR BROWN chip ?

TL series chips are made by Texas Instruments.

I was in a debate with another modder and he stated it was a BB chip
and he's got it all wrong IMO , cause i read the Burr Brown was bought out by Texas Instruments , makeing that a TI chip .
sound close ??
