hello everyone!
i would like to ask for a good substitute and alternative FET's (N channel junction type) and PNP transistor for my broken BOSS turbo overdrive, it is because i've found out that three transistors inside the pedal was broken..
these are the part numbers:
2SK30A-Y
2SK117-GR
2SA970-GR
for those who had experienced on modding a turbo overdrive, maybe you can help me...

What did you do; Or what happened, to take out so many semiconductors?

Actually, i am not the owner of this Turbo Overdrive, he lend me this to repair the pedal... when i opened the pedal, i found some broken capacitors and transistors... i don't know what he have done to it..
I'm asking for replacements of those transistors, because they were not available on the Philippines, so I'm trying to seek help from all of you folks... thanks |
