Hello all,

I was perusing my local Trash & Treasure market last Sunday and I spotted a little guitar amp out of the corner of my eye, on further inspection I spotted a Boss logo; needless to say for the asking price of $40 I felt obligated to give this little guy a good home:

Manufactured in May 1989 its in very good condition for its age. Not bad clean tone but the distortion is pretty nasty, even worse with the WARP mode activated. No matter though, its just for the collection anyway.

Anyone else have a MG-10?

This week I plan to find a big box full of little vintage coloured metal boxes for $50, wish me luck...

Hi Stengah2010

Nice Find & a Pretty good price too.

I see these at CashConv. every so often, but they seem to want around $110au for them.

Is that a small rectangular vent-port, Between the two speaakers?

Regards Dr. Bob

Hi Dr. Bob,

I've never seen one of these in the flesh before, even with all my regular visits to various Cash Converters.

Yes that is a vent port between the two speakers, but its actually round; the front grille mesh material is wrapped around the front baffle and sticks up at the rear of the port a centimeter or so making it look rectangular in the photo.

BTW, I had no luck on the weekend with the big box full of little vintage coloured metal boxes for $50 Oh well, there is always next week...
