Haha, no problem. Think some of the full size catalog scans are about 30MB each so don't worry about the upload size |

European mark (not made in Europe)and 15 watts, 8 inch speaker. Behringer or Vox, modelname start with V. Thtas the facts so far. And a cheap one too, around US$ 100! And Dr Bob feels a bit off shame to tell us that he likes it very much, this is important to know. |

I already mentioned the Behringer Virtube VT15fx on the first page, so that's probably not it, but close.
It's gotta be something like that, I mean Behringer is from Germany, therefore European. Almost every brand has an entry model with 15 watts and an 8" speaker, so that doesn't leave much clues there.

So it is either a Vox or a Behringer amp? Just to be clear? I was going to start going down the HiWatt or Rocktron route. |

Hi Guys
Apologies as I've been a bit quiet on this thread. Things have been very busy here at the Doc's place. I have been quite surprised & amused by some of the responses. (Especially Franzoni thinking he might muff a song or gig )
Here is another hint: Think older.
If you want me to make things super easy? Let me know if you want me to divulge the answer? But I'll hold it back until Midnight Monday in Oz.
I've been playing the amp all weekend - as the temp as been 31C & 32degC & over for the past few days. - too hot to be outside mowing lawns.
Regards Dr. Bob |

I played through what I think might have been a Vox Cambridge 15 (or something...maybe Vox Cambridge 30?) once and I think that had a small speaker but I'm not sure if it was an 8" - am I close? |

Good guess .... ..i think you might be on the money with that one....
OT for a mo.... i had the chance to play through one of the chinese made AC-15's a couple of weeks back on a double header gig with another band,i used to other guitar players amp rather than dragging the musicman in as it ws a small room...has to be one of the most touch sensitive amps i ever played through,i can see why the AC-15 is so well thought of... |

PS: just for the record - the above are not The_Docs most watched TV shows - not my cup of tea in any way but Mrs_The_Doc and Daughters_of_The_Doc luv them
