Just a quick question for those of you experienced with the LS-2:

Is it possible to connect say, a Boss Micro BR, to one of the loops on the LS-2 and have the signal chain function normally? I use the Micro BR to record and play back loops straight into my amp, but I'm getting a LS-2 soon to help solve the level problems when switching from a single coil guitar to humbuckers and I thought I could take my BR out of my chain and just isolate it in one of the LS-2 loops.

Would this work or would having a recording/mixing type device in the loop fail?

Thanks in advance!

Glad to see the site back up, good job Bossarea!

I don't see why it wouldn't work..if i understand you right all you want to do is use the LS-2 to bring the mirco BR into your signal now and again....i use my LS-2 to keep the top row of pedals out of my chain in loop A and loop B send to my tuner for silent tuning.... basically what you have with the LS-2 is bypass and then with the two loops there is six different combinations you can use..i.e ..i normally use switching between bypass and loop A if i want the tuner i bend down and twist the selector knob to B as i don't like having to step on it twice to get back to bypass in a gig situation..but you can also have A feeding into B,or the two loops to come on together mixing with your straight signal..i also tried looping a connector lead between the input and output of a loop and using it as a booster as well or if you wanted the effect in the loop boosted a little louder you can do that as well......a real 'swiss army knife' of a pedal probably one of the most if not the most stepped on pedals on my 'board.....
