i am doing my first project and need some help:
i went to my local electronics store (well not really local, but anyway, my area,
im building an A/B switch..the title of the information i got online through a link, i beieve through bossarea.com, but dont remember which one, and on top of that what i printed out doesnt have a url at the bottom of my print out
i bought my parts and wasnt able to get all the parts i need for two reasons #1 they didnt have them, and #2 i didnt really have enough info from the information i had
this is what i have from the ? website that i printed it off of
title: passive A/B switcher
3 pics
1 of the switcher of the outside with the parts inside assembled
2 of the switcher with the cover off showing the parts assembled (wires, jacks, etc visible)
Parts list
enclosure w/ part #
LED LED LED Holder 2.1 mm jack Switchcraft mono jack Switchcraft Stereo jack (only for battery powered) is stated under these two jacks
3PDT switch (i couldnt find on ewith the foot switch Type..all i found were toggles)
all with part numbers from www.mouser.com (except for the 3PDT switch) says it is available from smallbearelec.com
went to mouser.com and found the part, but no pic
i got everything except the 3pdt switch, and mono jack and stereo jacks
this is my first project and althugh i know some about electronics and parts, bu tnot as much as some of you here
so it seems to me i need more info than is given on this pic and parts list i have
any help would be greatly appreciated
or if someone can direct me to something else (maybe) i can build with the parts i do have and direct me to where i can get the parts i wasnt able to get.....
please help..im loving this electronic building stuff
thanks |

Hi kelmaur, 4 USD? - yes, this is good price for 3PDT switch.
For people from Europe who need some parts to DIY effects I recommend this on-line store: http://www.musikding.de/index.php/language/en/
