Here in North Carolina, USA we have a long tradition of fine distilled spirits. This 2005 vintage is quite nice. Not industrial strength but rather a gentle 130 ( or so ) proof. Along with the grains, peaches were used to make a very enticing beverage.
Alas, I am down to but a quart left. I bring out this exceptional quaff for special occasions and guests. Drank straight from the jar as tradition dictates, it is suprisingly smooth. A chaser, quite frankly, is an insult to the skill and dedication of the master distiller. A fine gentleman of 73 years of age that has been producing said product for almost 60 years. Learned the craft from his father as his father had before him. ( Or so I am told. )
Around these parts, we just call it "White". A fine remedy for aches & pains both physical and mental.

Looks & sounds good.
A friend of a friend gave me a jar with charcoal sinkers in the bottom & it wasn't smooth at all. I had to hide it in Koolaid so I wouldn't be tempted to clean auto parts with it.
I'd rather try yours! |

You could get into a world of sh*t, making that up here in Canada. But I bet it would go good with this, it's a local favorite.

Hi Racer X, Sounds tasty, but I bet it's a kidney punch disguised in a mason jar.
And pedals 4 pv, very nice looking "fern plant".
