Both the SIP & the DIP packages.

Aha! Excellent. As I suspected, single-supply dual opamps. Thanks for that!

Anyone with a spice model for this opamp or even for the BA728?

I am trying to simulate the DS1 and currently using the LM741 model but it would be nice to have any of the original opamp models for completeness.
