I always thought that these pedals are the same only with diffrent names, but recently I saw one Digital Space D effect pedal for sale and they said, that this one is somehow better than the Digital Dimension.
Can somebody who has tried both of them tell, is it true, or is it just a way to get more money selling the Digital Space D pedal? Is the sound of these pedals exactly the same?
I have not tried Digital Space D, but I´m 99,9999999999% sure it´s the same pedal as Digital Dimension. I have never heard anything other than that those two are identical inside. If not so something would have been written about it in the Boss book.

Don't listen to the sellers. The DC-3 was called Digital Dimension up to around July 1989 when the name was changed to Digital Space D. As we hardly ever see a DSpD outside Asia, we can also assume that the DC-3 was only made for the domestic market up until production seased 1992.
