IMPORTANT: This failure is water damaged, someone drop a glass of water on this pedal, and water was inside almost by a week.
I opened and dry with a hair drier, and contact cleaner with a brush to clean, made all of this before connect adapter....after 3 hours I connected with results above described.

It seems to be affected by water... Do I need to change any components? Please help me !!!

| I have no experience with this pedal but was it connected to the power when you spilled the water? |

Im was moving and it was inside a carton box when water came in...it has been with a 9v battery inside and nobody knows about this accident until I opened box to relocated stuff in our new house...
BTW, pedal can not be powered until you connect input cable....( like boss pedals)so i tried to clean all with contact cleaner before connect adapter... ( the battery is rusted)I spend 3 hours drying with a hair dryer and contact cleaner.
Probably some components still having water when I connected adapter and guitar... |

Hi moonmarkcus While I can't speak for everyone, It appears that members here, don't have any experience with this Tuner or it's electronics.
You might have more luck on a forum that is more specifically related to Korg Gear.
Have you searched the web?
You may have to resign yourself to the reality that the Tuner, may already be damaged.
Have you emailed Korg to see if they will send you a schematic or some technical test & setup information?
Regards Dr. Bob |
