I would ask the seller if the pictures show the actual item, this particular picture doesn't say much - at least not to me, i've been looking for a DS-1 like that for a long time and seen literally dozens of DS-1 ads with pictures they took off the net because theirs look just like that. People who don't have the same interest as us Boss addicts don't see the difference between a long dash MIJ and a brand new MIT DS-1.
