The same shop i got my PH-1 from has a couple of new used boss pedals in, a PH-1r and a OC-2. I have enquired about the OC-2 before here, but now im looking for what would be a decent price.
They are charging; PH-1r: 79 (Same i paid for my PH-1) OC-2: 45
Thanks again. |

| For shop prices they're OK. You'll find both items about 1/3rd cheaper on E-bay, if you're prepared to wait. |

Yeah, you should be able to get that 10 cheaper, inc p+p on ebay - I've thought about getting rid of mine, but haven't bothered because they seem fairly plentiful and therefore cheap online: Great pedal, though. I only wish Boss did a pedal that combined one sub-octave and an octavia-style octave-up, like the EHX micropog: I just don't use the -2 octave on the oc-2... |

The thing is ive heard the PH-1r is a great versitile phaser, but it will be my 3rd behing my PH-1 and my MXR EVH Phase 90 (Whitch is my main phaser as its such a awsome pice of equiptment).
And i would like to know would the OC-2 be a good first octaver or should i go for something else???
Thanks. |

| OC-2 is great. Most people like it better than the OC-3. I like the OC-3 better because in Poly mode it tracks more accurately. |

It's a great pedal - I've had mine for 10+ years, and it's never been off my board. |

The ph-1r is an excellent pedal, I bought mine on ebay for 40 so I would say try and find one online rather than twice what I paid. That is, unless it's in NOS condition or something |
