are these Seeing Eye Mod parts polarized (metal film)that are replacing the polarized caps?

the stock caps are polarized

just wondering if there is orientation on the metal film ones..they dont designate on the part itself any orientation

C7 is a silver mica, and these aren't polarised either.

Any cap that is polarised has a mark for the negative leg (electrolytics) or the positive leg (tantalum).

Where we are talking pedals, if its not an electrolytic or tantalum, you don't have to worry about orientation.

thanks a bunch....this is my first pedal mod (DS-1)

my wife has an Electronics Technician Degree, but she is a little rusty and has been working in the field of her other degree..she was of some help, bu ti knew i could come here and find answers as well

all i have left to do for this mod is take out the D5 diode and put in the LED....how do you tell which way to put the LED in w/ the correct orientation?
