The following two things come to mind, when I look at that ad.

1 - Texta Pen.
2 - I was really bored.

I bet some dipsh!t pays top dollar for it, because of the implication of the name (artist).

Nail polish remover is also good for removing marker ink from surfaces...looks like he bullseye was made in marker to me, but as the Doc said, I am sure some dumbass BLS Berserker will end up paying too much money for it
