I have, directly from Boss, four brand new rubber washers / grommets for Boss pedals for $12.00 which includes the shipping.

These are a replacement for the rubber washer that is under the footswitch that the battery cover screw goes into. These wear out over time and are generally missing or torn on older Boss pedals.
