I just gotta new Ibanez AD9 analog delay reissue, and just want to tune it for a little more upper mids and highs to get through, so what trimmer pot should I deal with?! thanx

NO! don't touch any of the trimmers.
There are NO INTERNAL TRIMMERS to ADJUST TONE.

It's very similar to a Boss DM-2
Make any adjustments at your own peril.

Sorry to disappoint you.
But there are a lot of misinformed people posting Bull- information, on the web.

What Dr. Bob said!

On a positive note... the schematic is on the WWW:
http://www.dirk-hendrik.com/Ibanez_ad9_analog_delay.pdf

If you are OK with a soldering iron and the mathematics behind modding, the tone shaping components are around T3 and U1.B

Ok thanks Laurie, thanks Dr. Bob, :) , yeah Im preety good in soldering but Ill take some time to find out.

This delay is really pretty sounding, but it`s so frustrating how much of upper frequencies it cuts off, I know that all analog BBD delays do that.

For some snappy chicken pickin sounds digital is much better choice.

Hi whiskeytown

For comparison, & while we wait for you to upload some pics.

Here is a link to an
AD9 Ibanez Analog Delay S/N Early 80's
My friend Justin, was kind enough to take some pics of his Ibanez AD9.
Look at the 8347 date code (1983 week 47) on the NE570N Compander IC.
And the 5 legged Dual matched transistor.
