I'm gonna throw my props to 1984 guy being a former VH fan.
I have a Kramer Focus lying around somewhere in my house right now.
It was my 2nd gtr and I bought it Candy Apple Red with one gtr player in mind.
Anyway I have a number of strats (4 G&L's really), LP copy, Tele, 335, PRS, and a few more (I have over 20 gtrs) and the Kramer has one of the fastest and sweetest necks.
If I can get my 22 month old to not jump all over them and stum them to death. I might get motivated to lime up most of them for a family picture.
BTW - to keep the gtr playable while I had little cash, I put in some EMG's.
Also becasue it was cool, I added a cool skull hologram.

Thanks for the welcome! Yeah, I like Kramers. Kramer were so varied between and within models and really high quality guitars. They really are overlooked guitars. I love my Burny as much if not more than my Kramers. That guitar is just plain wicked! I'm also a Boss guy. Just can't beat Boss. I have a pile of Boss pedals. As of late I'm really fixated on the ME-50. I just like using it where lots of people say I shouldn't. You know, "it just isn't the same as the original blah, blah, blah............". So what. It does alot for what it is and its compact and not messy. My 'Stadium' tone is, if remember, using the BD-2 with the drive just to the turbo. Using a chorus and a load of delay and reverb. Can't quite remember but I have the detail in a notebook. Also had the volume on the Epi up around 10'clock. Came out pretty good but what I like is that very little tweeking is needed for most apps.
Anyway, thanks for the welcome. This forum is pretty damn cool! |

2nd try with better parts, sounds and plays very nice

this one I built with a tremolo, just a little something I dreamed up

this is my '85 Charvel model 1 I think

this is a SRV Fendar strat I built from parts I got on ebay

this is a gold sparkle fat strat I'm working on, sort of a right handed Dick Dale tribute guitar I guess

my Yamaha GR 730s, picked it up to bang around at the beach, no electronics

this is one of my main gigging guitars, 1992 washburn SBF-80 solid body e/a, love it!

this is a 1990 washburn SBF-24, one of my old gigging guitars that I am in the progress of installing a single coil pup into

this is also one of my main giggers, washburn SBT-21 solid body e/a beautiful sounding axe

and last but not least.. this is a semi hollow body 12 string with an epiphone texan neck. I built the body from scratch, my main gigger and my baby!!!

if you're interested in how I built it...check this out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlahK0MQxFU

Humble compared to some collections here:
---

This is mostly my beater stuff:
Early 90s Japanese-made Levinson Blade RH-4 (Sen Ash) Early 90s Fender Gemini III (Korean) - my campfire guitar 1963 Harmony Parlour Nylon (cheapie, but warm tone) 1993 Fender "Squier Series" (last of the Koreans) P-bass Mahalo Guitar-Uke (my wife won it as a door prize) Johnson A-shape Mandolin (newest addition) Above left: Brandless Ukulele appropriated from school my mother taught at.. I play this a lot. In cases, at right: -Export (not the brand, the quality!) Sitar - needs tuning and care. Nice looking and nifty showpiece. -Ukranian Bandurra (in blue zipper case) - also a nice showpiece. Strings are $60, and I'm not up to speed on my Bandurra playing.
The others, below: ---

-Larrivee OM-40 (first run, 1 of 10, signed label) -1974 Fender Strat (all original except p/g and knobs, I have a real 70s guard, but I'm too lazy to put it on - maybe over the holidays) ---

-1969 Framus Tenor Banjo (cheap but cute) - put on the wall only last week! The Boss collection is self-evident. The Oud on top needs to have its bridge and nut re-glued, then the process of stringing and tuning.. too much! |

Let's see here!
My addition to the Les Paul Army (Les Parmy?) haha MY 2008 Silverburst Les Paul Standard :]

IN ACTION IN THE LIVING ROOM

Oh wow, I didn't know I had a picture like this, the white guitar is my Ibanez RG2EX2, the acoustic is a CC057 Ovation Celebrity, and the black guitar is a custom that my father built when he was my age. It has an original Floyd Rose, 24 frets and a single active EMG in the bridge.

During practice

Nice guitars guys! I love to see Charvels |
