I have been using what I was told were Ibanez patch cords, but just recently got a good deal on some Hosa Pro patch cords. Hosa Pro stuff seems to be pretty decent, but I don't know about some of their other lines...
I bought the planet waves pedalboard kit where you get 10 right angle jacks,a couple of metres of cable and a cutter... just cut the cable to the length you want ,push on the jack and tighten the small screw in the end of the jack....i kitted out my pedal board after years of using the cheapo pedal connectors...big improvement on the clarity of the sound and it made everything look and feel a lot more professional......
Does anyone know anywhere where I can get extra jacks for that planet waves pedalboard kit?
I have seen Planet Waves Jacks being sold at various online retailers, which you can probably use with the pedalboard kit...I just cannot recall where at the moment, but if I remember I'll put a link up. But I know they can be found, just do some searching...
The shop here in dublin where i bought the pedalboard kit also sold the jack inputs as seperates...maybe try a local guitar shop near you that stocks planet waves stuff....i normally buy most of my stuff on the 'net but there wasn't much of a difference in price only a couple of euro so i just went and got it ...one of the best purchases i've done in years......i have them on the pedalboard about 7 weeks now and so far they have been 100%.....
