Just rediscovered this great player.. saw him with Sunset Heights in a local bar here in my hometown years ago.. I think just after they released the "Texas Tea" album..

And now I've found him on youtube:

he is a good player but his tone isn't as good as stevies and i hear a bit of gary moore in there as well.... too many SRV clones.......i wish some of them would try to develop their own voice and move on.....
