Sorry for bringing up reissueing, (if that's how you spell it) but what about Boss ME-X. I have one perfect condition, it is the best pedalboard/multi-effects board ever made. It has 3 loops to plug the boss stompboxes in(can't plug in twin pedals sadly) and it has chorus and flanger effects and chromatic tuner stereo ouput built in.
It would be awesome to see it reissued so everyone can love it. |

| A modernised SCC-700. without the fixed connections so you can connect any brand pedals. |

I second that. Love the DC's but they would be even more awesome with stereo in... |

| ...ohhh, and a PN-2 with tap tempo plus a socket for an expression pedal. That would be nice. |

...a compact Ring Modulator.
When Moog fans were asked what their favorite MoogerFooger pedal of all time was over at the Moog forum, invariably they respond with the Ring Mod.
It is such a great effect. You can use it in a very subtle fashion to give some breadth to your tone, crank it up for some harmonic space bells & gongs, or even use it as a killer tremolo. |

Hi radiohead
Welcome to the forum from Australia.
I really liked your mockup or the Boss Legend Series advert. You have done a very good job of it. What did you use? Photoshop or something else?
Regards Dr. Bob |

Hey Dfrag, I plus that.
I'm working on a DIY circuit right now to put inside a Boss case. It's a tremolo with triangular or square envelope, and I managed to get the LFO's frequency so that you can make both a clean and a distorted ring-mod.
We'll send the circuit design to Boss when I'm done, they'll just have to mass-produce it, and we'll make tons of cash !

| Hey ButterFlo˙, I'll be very interested to see how your ring-mod project turns out... I have a Moog Ring-Mod and I love it, but it is definitely not compact. A Boss sized similar pedal would be awesome. |

Hi,
I do have a demo right now, but it's one from before I got some more setting possibilities into that thing. The first two are square-modulation (slow and fast), the other ones are triangle-modulation, faster and faster. At that time it was not possible to mix the triangle with the square, and you could here the LFO, and it was not possible to mix the dry signal with it (this can help you get a saw form, or an asymetric tremolo).
The file is here : http://www.neufgiga.com/n/50-17/share/LNK9909499ec746698d8/ But I have to warn you this was a quick demo, and I'm offbeat most of the time.
Enjoy ! |
