I've published a minor update today based on new information that you all have provided throguh the forum. Big thanks to everyone and keep the info coming. There are still many mysteries to solve

OD-1 - Completely new description
DM-2 - Completely new description
CE-5 - Minor changes in description
DS-1 - Minor changes in description

Added or modified the "Version Differences" section for the TW-1, SP-1, CE-2.
Added new label information for several pedals.
Added current draw data for every pedal except the SG-1 where the number is still unknown. Anyone got the manual?

You have an error in, "The CE-2 was sold from October 1979 to November 1982."

I have measured my SG-1, it "eats" 4mA.

79-82 is what Boss is telling us both through the Boss book and through the history page on bosscorp.co.jp. I entered it as production date and chose to comment on it in the text instead. I should probably have pointed out that the production dates are incorrect as well.
