I'm trying to find quick disconnects (female spade type) that fit the connection for a speaker in a guitar cab. The 3/16" from Radio Shack are too small and the 1/4" are too big. The ones I have are marked 14-16 gauge (which I assume is the wire size.

Any suggestions?

They are "0.205" inch. This is allegedly a standard size, but they were special order when I bought mine from the local electronics wholesaler. I bought a pack of 100 for about $8.

Thanks, I've probably spend $8 in gas looking for them. There's a place near me that specializes in speakers and electronic gear - think I'll try them. Now I know what to ask for.

I found them at Mouser finally. It's amazing that no one in the audio / electronics business knew the right answer except here. Thanks for the help.
