Hi Ronster I saw it earlier in the day, and thought the same, and Yes it's too expensive..
I think he-she is basing their pricing on: Almost new pedals. Almost new price.
The Line 6 Echo Park is about $279au The IBANEZ Turbo Tube Screamer is about $230au The Boss BCB-60 is about $250au plus The Boss RV-5 is about $195au The Boss DS-1 is about $90 Get the picture? That's about $1044au by my guesstimating. I would rather get my gear new, going by their asking price.
As new prices, and why wouldn't you have the boxes for AS NEW GEAR?
And they state: -- Extracted --- This gear was purchased for a band that never got off the ground. This gear has never left my home studio, never been gigged and has only been used a handful of times. I have several other digital setups in my home studio so this lot has to go. I dont have any of the original boxes. I only have the original Manual for the BCB-60 pedal board itself. Manuals for the pedals are easily downloaded from their respective manufacturers sites. When i purchased this gear, i paid just over $1350 Shipping is included in the deal. -- Extracted ---
Regards Dr. Bob
PS- it's Sunday, did you get to play today? Did I really just analyze all that? , I need to go out in the sunshine, for a long walk. |

| I love these sellers with unrealistic expectations. A couple months ago I submitted a best offer on a BIN or Submit Best Offer auction for a T-Rex Mudhoney. It was in like new condition with the box and manual and everything. I searched completed auctions and found the highest past selling price was 155 USD. I submitted a best offer of 155 figuring it was a pretty good offer. Denied! The seller kept relisting the auction again and again at the same price. By the time he actually sells it he should net about three dollars after the all the listing fees. No wonder ebay makes so much money. |

agreed BossMan. just last week there was a pedal on ebay for starting bid of $65. i was watching it from day 1 and was gonna snipe it in the last minute like i usually try to do . anyways, the end time was 12:30pm friday, and i get off work at noon on fridays and was gonna come straight home to bid on it. but my boss wanted to stay and chat and have a beer after work so what am i gonna do, say no? i raced home and missed the auction by about 2 minutes which went unsold.
after having a 5 minute swearing fit, i message the seller saying i missed it by like 2 minutes, and that ill give him the starting bid plus shipping of course. i figured he would be happy to since he wouldnt have to relist it for cheaper. and then he messages me back saying that he was hoping to get $85 and that he had similar offers to mine.
then im thinking "similar offers, ya thats why it had 0 bids. were there other buyers that messaged you just now saying they just missed it too? and who would make an offer of the starting bid????" and if youre hoping to get $85, start the auction at $85 or use a reserve. in a way, im doing this guy a favor by offering him starting price on a item that didnt sell. most would see this and offer a cheaper price. obviously nobody wanted to pay that much for it and then he comes back and asks for more money.
ill admit that when i put a pedal for sale on ebay, i start the price rather high, and it usually ends with 1 bid at starting price. that way i get the money i want for it, and if it doesnt sell i relist it at a cheaper price. some people dont understand the market and what "list price" really means
         rat-ta-tat!!! |

Yeah agree. Evilbay is what it is.
Sometimes you get a bargain and other times you won't touch it. In the end it's evilbay that makes the money! |
