I got a new box for Boss pedals in the mail today and it is in very good condition.
Here it is from another angle...
With the lid off so you can see the inside...
I removed the crappy pedal and tried to prop the box up so you could get a good look at the inside of the box. Unfortunately, the flash washed it out a bit.
What so you think? |

This sort of deception makes me really angry.
I would send it back & demand the seller send you the DS-1 that should have been in the box.
The nerve of some people trying to swindle the good old members of bossarea.com/forum.

Thanks. It's in very good shape. The guy listed it as being almost "new old stock" and I agree with him. It's actually probably the best condition of any pedal I own lol. I have been gently depressing the switch rather than "stomp" on it, I can tell you that much |

I need to play with it some more. I played a bit on my acoustic through headphones, but I didn't have the sound suppressors on the acoustic so the sounds were blending a bit. Normally its not a huge deal. With this effect, it is. I can tell you that I think I am going to like it. I was able to get some violin sounding tones within a few minutes. I will definitely be giving it a little more scrutiny over the next few days. |

Yeah, I def. Think it will grow on you! It only does one thing but it does it really well! And OK, there are clones out on the market, but the SG-1 is an investment you can enjoy! Wise choice Aaron! |
