I actually just received this same pedal in the mail today! There was NO WAY I was going to pay $600+ for an SP-1, so I "Best Offered" the guy and he went for it...MUCH lower.
I will say, this was my second SP-1 and it looks nothing like the pics, in a good way! It is much cleaner than the pics suggest. It plays like a dream!
It'll be sitting in my closet for about a decade or so while I use my banger SP-1 that looks like Steven King got to it when he was in a bad mood!

Can I ask how much you finally paid for it? It's in real fine looking condition.
SO sorry Dr. Bob! I have been swamped at work this month and am just now getting back to the Forum. I paid $475 but that included shipping and some other goodies that weren't on the eBay sale.
It's really the nicest SP-1 I've seen personally. The ones here in Nashville (there are 3) are rusty as hades!
