Hi Guys

Internal pictures of this one, would have been great.

A schematic even better.
I gather it's a Hi-Z to Low-Z Acoustic preamp.
Maybe for a clip-in magnetic pickup,
as Piezo pickups weren't all that common, back around 1976.

I wonder if it was anyone here that won this?
Or maybe someone would email the winner???

Regards Dr. Bob

The Boss book says that this unit shipped with a ceramic contact clip-on mic. The B-100 was released 1974 and was made by Beckmen Musical Instruments in the US. The connection to Roland/Boss is a little unclear. Did Roland buy Beckmen? Did they buy the product and gain the name that way or did they maybe outsource the production of this unit to the US company?

Discofreq found a BPA-200 a couple of years ago complete with the original pickup. There are pictures of it here

No internals though.

He also has a B-100 page:

I've seen one go for around 40$ including original case..

I think its a collectors only item.
