How about we try something different though? If you send it to me, I can almost certainly fix it and send it back to you. I'd say around about USD$50/35 Euro would cover it with return postage depending on where you are (where are you? It isn't on your profile). This assumes that the "long chip" and the RAM chips are OK (they usually are).
