Technically, it's entirely possible I suppose. I'd imagine he's probably got the feedback or delay time controls wired in as the pot on the rocker pedal for foot controllable adjustment.
Pretty cool - I'd like to try this myself, but I'd be loathe to butcher a DM-2 pedal. I'd maybe try it with a cheapy clone as an experiment.
