To cut a long story short: I powered it with a supply with reverse polarity.

The pedal still works fine but the LED dosn�t light up anymore. Testing the LED itself it still works.

Any ideas??

Im not sure, but i think boss uses a protective diode. It probably blew with the reverse polarity supply. Im not sure what kind they use, but if you find a schematic, its probably replaceable. I would check all the components that follow it to see if they are working too.

Of course I could be way off though.
