I know there is couple of topics about ACA to PSA convertions, I know what is all about and just want make sure I have found correct place to modify in my CE-3, I didn't find any place on forum when these parts are specified in schema.
I far as I have understood modification - I need to jumper R1 and D1 which are responsible to lower 12V current from ACA to 9V. Is it correct?

Short answer your actual question... Yes Jumper R1 and D1.
