What pedal is your second favorite? I've notice most people have multiples of the same type of pedal like overdrives or distortions.
List your fav pedal,for comparison, then what you like second.
Some of the pedals I've only had one, so couldn't offer a second.
O/D: SD-1, OD-2
Dist: MIJ DS-1, MZ-2
Delay: DD-3, RV-3(for the 2000ms)
Reverb: RV-3, n/c
Chorus: CE-2, DC-3
Flanger: HF-2, BF-2
Phaser: PH-1r, PH-2

Wah: FT-2, n/c
Comp/Limiter: CS-2, n/c

If they have to be Boss, then (out of the ones I have), they are
O/D: 1st OD-2, 2nd OD-3 (bit too smooth and polite)
Dist: 1st DS-2, 2nd HM-2 (would be no 1 if the dist knob was a bit less on/off)
Chorus: 1st CE-5 (love those filters), 2nd CE-2 (it's a classic, but you can't pile on the distortion)
Compressor: 1st CS-3 (versatile and under-rated), 2nd CS-2 (bit too dark sounding)
Flanger: 1st HF-2, 2nd BF-2 (good but metallic) |

Chorus: CE-3 - MZ-2 (the only other boss chorus i have)

Wah: None - None
Comp/Limiter: CS-3 - None
I have only 1 of most effect, so i guess this didnt really work out for me
