Today i started to build my nice and big pedal board. the pedal board is NOT designed to be "road worthy" so don't be worried about our precious pedals. This is it, so far only the back/top row is attached. I just placed some pedals on it to test it's looks This is the left side of the board. as you can see the board is tilted forwards to enable easier viewing of dials, labels etc. As you can see the top most screw was a bad idea. once i realized that i just put more screws in the middle to relieve the stress of the one near the edge. This is the carpet material i bought it looks awesome, it's the best i could find. the only problem is that it's rather heavy. Then again the board isn't designed for "the road" so that doesn't matter.
Once i started building i realized how many parts i was still missing so i will have to go to B&Q again tomorrow. it's the only place in this country. yesterday i went to the electronics store to by the necessary cables and plugs. unfortunately it was closed. so i will have to go again soon.

Cool board. I made something very similar. I did two rows with the front row being lower than the back row. I put a strip of wood across the front of each row to prevent the pedals from sliding forward and off the board. I also covered the whole thing in carpet.
the screw washers are indeed missing. those are one of the items i will buy when i next go to B&Q. mine will have three levels/rows aswel btw. the other two rows will have a special twist to them though. you guys will realise once ive made them, lol.
Those are some nice pedals, Big Boss Man. I see what you did to prevent the pedals from sliding. very nice idea, i already have velcro on the back of all my pedals so thats how mine will stay in place. I put velcro on my pedals only because i know i will never sell them.
