Yeah - what he said! I have some old dead knobs that could do with replacing (but only with the exactly correct knob)

Looked on Small Bear, ebay, etc... what's the scoop?

PS: welcome soultribe!!!

What's Happenning "soultribe"?
Welcome.
I too, would like correct knobs, but I don't know of anywhere that has them. A bunch of FeeBay sellers have some similar and they have sizes in milimeters.
I just don't know what is the correct size for say the early Japan pedals vs. Taiwan.
I know there is a differences, but don't know actual size?

The only ones I can find that look right have set-screws - for shafts with a "flat", not the split splined shaft on the Boss pedals.

Hi soultribe

Welcome to the forum from Australia.

The set screw type knobs also work on the all round shaft pots as well.

G'day Dr. Bob! So that's the only real option? I'd hoped to get some splined look-alike knobs. Been looking at these:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/10-BLACK-17X17-Aluminum-AMPS-PEDAL-Half-Moon-KNOBS_W0QQitemZ300153331138QQihZ020QQcategoryZ47076QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1713.m153.l1262

Not an exact replacement by any stretch, but at least they are splined and look nice.

They have some look-alike ones too, but with the set screw:

Hi lauries2

Watch out for the first "half moon knobs", that are on your first link.
The diameter is too large for 4 in a Row pedals, in case you hadn't noticed.

I have a local supplied & my own stock, of the set screw type knobs, like the knobs on the CE-2 & other pedals with similar knobs.

While I do pay a bit more for mine here in Oz, my supplier always has a pile in stock, & he keeps a few in the back, for Old Dr. Bob.

You can fit the set-screw mobs onto the spline shafts in mast case, or at a pinch. but don't over tighten the grub/set-screw.

Regards Dr. Bob
