I noticed that at the bottom of every page there's information on where th pedal was made and what colour sticker was used on the back plate....but t seems that this has not been done for the GE-7B. Just an error or is there no info available?

It's on my updates list but hasn't made it to the GE-7B page yet. I've seen one black label Made in Japan GE-7B. There's probably Made in Taiwan versions of it too but I don't have any label colour info for those yet.

My GE7B has a black label. I have both a CE2B and BF2B with green MIJ labels and the LM2B with silver MIT label. I'm fairly sure I have another CE2B with silver MIT label also.

I'm fairly confident that there are green MIT and silver MIT labeled "Brown Sound" bass pedals.

I think so too. They were produced up until around 1995 and it's very likely that production of all of them moved to Taiwan before being discontinued.
