Since I have way too much stuff I never use and I'm not really the collectors type, I decided to part ways with a few pedals.
SOLDAn HM-2, MIJ march 1987, has some scratces but works properly. I modified it for use with a PSA adaptor and the spring has been replaced by a previous owner by a bigger model, but this doesn't hinder the operation of the pedal.
TRADEDThe second pedal is an OD-1, MIJ june 1988, also some scratces but works properly. I also modified this one for PSA adaptor and the previous owner has replaced the led with a 5mm amber led. Not mother's finest, but the classic OD-1 sound is there.

Hi Dirk, Got the OD-1 today. Thanks very much. It works a charm. If you ever need to trade with Dirk, do so with confidence. He's a great guy, and he kept his end of the bargain! Cheers again... |

Thank you for your kind words, dasBeef.
I'm still waiting for my BD-2, but I'm sure it'll be here sometime next week with the Pentecost in between. |

I thought it would have got there by now!? Just checked the tracking number, and it says it's been passed on to the Netherlands post service for delivery, so I think you can expect it this week. |

I got it today, and all I can say is wow!
Great pedal, and besides that it is minty fresh with a box, and obviously taken great care of by DasBeef, it gave my favourite SD-1 a run for it's knickers
I intended to use it for an AC/DC style crunch sound with the clean channel of my JCM 800, and just use the SD-1 for soloboost on the overdrive channel of my amp. But I think it does both really well, even better then the SD-1, somehow it sounds more "amp-like". It does lose some low end, but less then I expected, there's probably a good mod for it to restore some of that, but I'll deal with that later.
Thank you very much DasBeef. |

Not a problem, glad it came. I was starting to get worried. The last pedal I posted to the Netherlands never took that long, and I used the same postage? I blame the Scottish post office. The were probably to busy chasing Haggis', and drinking Whisky! Anyway, glad you like it, and thanks again for an easy trade! |

My experience with mail from the U.K. is not that good, in the past there were more times it took over a week to arrive than just a few days, last year i bought some instruction manuals that took more than a month to arrive! My last experience however was a very positive one.

Yeah, the CS-1 I passed onto you took no time at all to get there. The BD-2 though took ages. I'm sure I posted it before Dirk posted the OD-1 to me, and he got the BD-2 about a week after I got the OD-1? And I asked for the same post method as I used to ship you (Mesjoggah) the CS-1? Odd, but it all worked out in the end... |
