Do you think these are actually real? I don't think it would be that difficult to make copies that look real.

I think they're real. If they were fake I don't think the additional sheet regarding LED behaviour would come with the SG-1 manual and they look perfectly ok from the pics too.

it would be very difficult to make a copy. the owners' m anuals from the early pedals are printed on non-standard size paper and fold up to their final non-standard size.

I tried to photocopy my original DD-2 owner's manual to provide with my 3 others and well, it was frigging impossible to duplicate it.

The downloadable manuals from rolandus.com are 300 dpi scans which really look like fax print outs, so, it would be hard to get a good scan, but, then you are back to the weird paper size.

I think the guys nuts for selling the manual separate cuz i'm sure that the guy who bought his SG=-1 would've been happy to get the booklet too.

I never actually tried duplicating a manual. I was thinking if you wanted to it would be possible, perhaps not easy to get it perfect though. These ones are probably legit. I noticed this guy also has some interesting Boss promotional items like an OD-3 key chain and some pins.
