| For me it's... The SP-1! I purchaced the Spectrum for it's collector status, and didn't expect much in use after hearing Aqua Effector's demo on YouTube. Well after playing around with it, I've found it adds color to all my dirt pedals, I place it first after my receiver and set both the Balance and Spectrum at 10:00. Whenever I turn it off I'm like Where's the color? Spectrum! I"m hooked! What's your always on pedal Boss pedal or otherwise? 8^0 |

I have a FA-1 clone that is always on because it has no on off switch.
Seriously though, the LM-2 EH-2 combo. Always on. |

Yup, LM-2 is bad ass! Another pedal that's always on is the AD-80. 18 volts and an MN3005 |

| If I had the chance to own a CE-2, it would be this one. Currently, I can't play without my DD-7 |

One I can't turn off is my good old, trusty CS-3. I use it with bass guitar and I prefer it in the amps FX loop to kind of mimic the natural compression a tube amp has. She's born in 1990 and been with me for the past 15 years now.

And here teamed up with her old buddy CE-2b, my 2nd favourite pedal.

| DM-2. It doesn't stay on all the time but it's the only compact I refuse to go onstage without. |

RV-2 is one although i recently sold mine. the trick is to set it low so you can barely hear it. Reverb can be a security blanket if used too much, kinda like chorus!
EH-2 i always used to run it after my distortion in my metal days but i havent used it lately. as well as the NS-2
OD-1 ive been playing a lot more blues and strat stuff lately and i always have my OD-1 on but set very mild just to give my tele a bit of juice. |

Hey Dirk First of all, congrats on the 1000 posts! But I also have a question about your CS-3. It looks modified, or have you just replaced the LED? thanks Joske |

Both actually, I modified it to almost Monte Allums opto specs, using one of their kits, and I replaced the LED with an amber one cause it looked nicer than the supplied white one. I also tried the Monte Allums mod on the CE-2b but I didn't like it, so I brought it back to original specs except for some high quality parts in the original value. |

| FRV-1 is nearly always on, except when using heavy distortion. |

Long-chip DD-3/DD-2. Impossible to play for more than 10 minutes without using one |

FBM-1. I know there are COSM haters out there, but it sounds wonderful plugged into a Jazz Chorus amp. I'm extremely happy with the pedal and how it sounds, and when you're a basement warrior, that's all that counts, right?
